Unable to rearrange delivery

Hi 

I ordered a ps5 for delivery however as no one works from home and everyone works 5days a week, I’m unable to retrieve my order when the delivery is attempted. DPD have said they can’t deliver on Saturdays as EE did not select this service and it’s best to contact them to arrange this. However I am finding it extremely difficult to get through to EE customer service without having an EE number??  Does anyone know how to get in contact with another human being to get some help!!!!
