Setup wifi control via the app not working

My phone is connected to my wifi. I have scanned the barcode on the router and the app tells me i am successfully connected. I am unable to access the wifi controls no matter what.

 

I have dialed 150 and selected broadband and EE keeps pushing me to log a fault via text msg. What a load of crap this service is.

I would like to cancel based on the fact that this does not function

What is the error you are getting when trying to use WiFi controls? Common steps we would advise to try would be restarting the hub and fully logging out and closing down the app before logging back in to see if that resolves the error.

If you do need to speak to us for this error and are finding it difficult to do so via the visual text service, you can select option 2 when first calling to use the traditional audio menu.
