Trying to add roaming to an account and all I get is error message. And very annoying that I wasn’t told it was a recurring monthly cost to add roaming - money wasted for nothing because I added it by phone /messaging than using the app. Remember to remove the package when you have finished travelling.
just keep going round and round in a loop to talk to someone helpful. A very annoying service which does not feel like an improvement.
