I've returned an iPad that was the wrong one that we sent out so why is my next month estimated bill £1809

We have no access to accounts and do not know who you are, but when did you return the IPad and how did you do so?

Once returned and processed, you will get the refund on your account. If you want to discuss this further, then please speak to customer service, which you can do by pressing 2 once you ring them.
