Hi, have had issues with both App and Online since October last year. Greeted with these errors when trying to log in, any help? Have tried the online guides in the contact centre and no one has any idea!

Does this issue still happen if you uninstall and re-install the app and try logging in on different web browsers? If the issue is following you no matter where or how you login it would indicate something account related that our team on 150 would need to look into.
What happened when you called our guides last?

Have tried everything - changing passwords tried different browsers, deleting the app even going as far as downloading a previous version of the app from when it worked to see if it was a compatibility issue.
Spoke to Tech who have said its a known issue and that's it, no fix or anything.
Have just regraded to New EE and have smart wifi pro that I can't get much use from as I can't get into the app.

I have exactly the same issue. Received the kit today Smart Pro and extender (hope I’ve called it the right thing) and the setup app doesn’t work at all! Got it all set up using my brain but there must be a lot of functionality missing?

Yeah, smart hub pro and smart wifi pro.
It's annoying that I can't log in, mainly cause I have to call up to check my bills every month.
But more that I cannot log in and actually make use of the smart wifi I'm paying extra for.
