still can’t link my phone to my account in the app. Now get this error. Pin now coming through. Also had first bill in the post. Why have I been charged a £50 admin fee for joining EE? There was no mention of this on signing up!!

Hi @leewig85
Thanks for coming back to the community.
If you are still having the same trouble linking your number, I'd recommend speaking to our customer service guides, so they can make sure everything is set up as it should be, and if they need to raise a ticket to get everything linked as it should be so you can view your account.
In terms of the £50 admin fee, it may be a deposit for a service should as roaming, but if you speak to the billing guides when you call, they can check this and if it is a deposit look to get it removed.

Morning @Cornish88
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you give us a call, the team can check the account set up and see what could be causing this error message, this could be the same as @leewig85 and another account is showing.
Please let us know how you get on 🙂
Leanne.
