I have not been able to ‘link my phone’ on the EE app for around a month! Consequently I can’t access any of my account details- which is just wrong for 2026. Each time I ring they ask me to phone back in a few days for an update. I am considering paying off my contract and leaving EE. What is the point of staying if I can’t access my own account! Good luck 🤞

I'm really sorry you're unable to link your products and manage your account in the EE app.
I would suggest getting back in touch to see if the team have any update on this for you. If this is not resolved when you call, you can open a complaint using the online form and one of the complaints team will get this looked into for you.
Hope this is sorted soon.
