I can't come in to my account to manage it too. Some how each time I try to get to my account managing it gets me to the regarding registration page. I have a simcard but still can't manage it, no top-up, no change pack. It's useless.

Are you registering for the account in the app or the online My EE?

I'm registered in the app but with online EE the same story. I can't
manage my pack. It's not letting me go through the registration to the end.
Although It's said that I have an account with my number and email and I
can't have another one.
