Unable to gift data.

Struggling to gift data to my kids, all on the same billing account and have gifted data on the past. Any ideas why I can no longer gift data to my kids.

Someone has ordered a replacement eSIM on my EE account, any numbers for me to contact out of hours? My phone has been cut off due to whatever has happened so I cannot call or text from my phone! Not sure if a scam person called me or if it was EE!
