I tried everything but still not working. Getting a bit tired now. Time to change the company. Please other providers

Pretty sick of it now. Time to change the company. If EE cannot provide solutions then it will be bye bye

What problems are you experiencing with the EE app?

@bobby4wales , have you tried uninstalling it and reinstalling the app from the App Store or play store? If that does not resolve the problem, you may want to clear the cache or ask customer service to reset your account, as the app does work.

You can always log-in to your account via the website, as this should work also, without any problems.
