I am having the same problem. My phone is linked but it now asks for a pin???? what for when I am no longer a customer but want to see my bills/invoices for the past 6 months. I am supposedly able to do this for 12 months. What pin are they talking about? Never got asked before.

Hi @tryinghard

You may not be able to access them online now that your account isn't active anymore. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to send you some copies of the bills.

Chris

Many thanks. We should still be able to retrieve our old statements and
this was told to me by someone in accounts when looking to see how much it
was going to cost me for breaking the contract.
So you are told one thing but they can't go through with it.
Might give them a ring in a while or pop into one of their shops when I am
next in town.
Thanks again for trying to help

@tryinghard  To have an account you need a number on it.  No number no account to see what’s on it for past bills.
