when will the system be available????? trying to look at my option for upgrading

I'm having the same issue, first time in 5 years I want to upgrade my sim only to add a phone and all I get on the app and online is "WE'RE JUST MAKING SOME CHANGES"

Very frustrating 😤

Can you try clearing all cookies and cache and open your EE account in a new web browser, do you get the same message?
