Poor Service, App not Available AGAIN

Yet again we have 100kb/s on mobile broadband. Yet again the app is unavailable, yet again “Sorry” from a board CSR with screaming kids in the background doesn’t cut it. I’m looking at a local company 30Mb/s up, 100Mb/s down Guaranteed! And a network engineer on the end of the phone. When contract is up, I’m gone!

I'm sorry that the app was down for maintenance when you needed it.

With regards to your speed issue, does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

Hi James_B, Yes it did, as it has done so on regular occasions over many months. I'm just tired of continually being harassed by a poor service, despite what EE/BT say. For the first 2 years of my contract I had no problems. Then when I renewed the contract, but continued to use my existing equipment (Huawei 5G CPE Pro), that is, I refused to buy another one, then the problems started. I am being accused of using in excess of 1.2Tb over a calendar month.  With the service we are receiving that is physically impossible. I have been in the data comms business for over 40 years, and the service we are getting can't even support H264 video compression. I can't even support a Microsoft Teams call at times.  I feels like someone has taken umbrage and is forcing us out. well I've come to the point whereupon I will go!

If you speak to our Technical Support team, they'll be able to check your account and the performance of the network in your area.

Oh Christopher, I have, until I'm blue in the face, Ben a CSR is the only one, since March 2023 when these  problems started, who is based in Wales, who is coming back to me at the start of the next billing period. He has something planned. Incidentally our system has just come back on line with a 5G light lite for the first time. That might be interesting. I'm in contract until September anyway, so we'll see what happens with Ben's plan until then.
