EE, I struggle to contact you and understand the frustration expressed above. Your present system of phoning a voice service is poor, because it does not offer services I need, for example:
- Credit to MyFi which is not working on app.
- Can't phone mother's care home in Dublin.
- Can't phone EE to discuss.
You have cornered the market, and annoyingly tell me that by electronic voice whenever I call, but your service is woeful.
When you are ready, can someone fix it for me to call my dying mother's carers please.

Have you had a call about this yet? Is it the Fast Payment service that you're using?

Still no return call. I'm simply trying to top up my mifi unit, that I've had for 3yrs.
EE have cancelled the facility where I can enter a shop, present a card and add credit. Forcing that I move from PAYG to prepayment, so I have tried numerous attempts to 'join' my mifi to my phone contract. It would be easier to swim to Mars!
EE boasts of its great service to every call I make. For a communications service, it seems impossible to communicate with a person and get resolution.

@Frustratedme , you should be able to top up by clicking on the link @Christopher_G has provided above.
Just remember that Dublin, like the rest of Southern Ireland, you need to make sure that put the international prefix when calling and have enough credit when on pay as you go.
You should be able to top up from that link given.

Totally agree and understand EE must win the trophy for customer service, care and worst coverage ever!!!!

@Saday , just because you are having trouble where you are, no need for that comment, never had an issue, personally, we have tried to help you and you do not reply in your other threads, so cannot help you, it may be just where you are, might be worth explaining, as I have heard other networks have problems in certain areas too, but you are welcome to try other networks to see if that makes a difference if you are not happy. It could be that buildings, trees etc, have caused this for you, so not easy to put up more masts, as permission etc, have to be allowed first, before they can go ahead, there are always going to be black spots in certain areas.
