Having an option to do this as 'self service' via the EE app or Website would be nice!

@M_L_72 to block or suspended line takes up to 24 hours for the Sim card to receive the signal to be blocked from the network and then to reactivate that it will take another 24 hours, it’s nothing like just flicking a switch .

- Bill payment lines closed and online payment blocked in Contracts & Billing
- Line suspended and unable to get in touch in Contracts & Billing
- Feeling completely screwed over by what I thought was a reputable company in Contracts & Billing
- SIM for lift emergency line in Pay as you go
