This is still an issue now. I have an iPhone, an Android and a MacBook and I can't sign into the app on either device, nor your website on Chrome, Safari or any desktop browser. This is clearly a YOU problem. You're asking me to pay my bill and I am NOT calling you because this is ridiculous. I just want to log in and pay my bill. Calling the automated line is pointless as there's no option for Google or Apple Pay. I'm not giving you my card details directly. Sick of companies having data breaches, you're all incompetent. Why can't you just have reliable technology?!

Are you still having issue accessing your online account today? What exactly is the error you are seeing when you try and login? Have you re-installed the app and cleared your browsers of the cookies and cache for the website?
If you are ever having trouble accessing your account and need to make a payment, you can make a payment without logging in via the payment link which does not require you to sign in and should have the payment options you require.
If you are still unable to access your account after trying the re-install and clearing your browsers, it will be best to reach out to our technical team so they can help to investigate the issue further.
