App issues

Want to be able to access parental controls via the app but it won't allow me to log in!  Keeps taking me back to the home screen & I gather this is a common issue.  Not helpful at all. ☹️

Have you tried clearing the app cache and giving the app a re-install? Are you able to get logged into the website ok without issues?

Thanks for replying - yes, I did all this and eventually was able to get
into the app & set up parental controls.
