I’ve just had this call, but after I had given them a pin I got an email saying that my account password had been changed.. they claimed they were ‘updating my account’ and haven’t had the call for delivery yet. Seems a bit suspicious to me

Who did you receive a call from - what was their number?

If you're concerned about your account security, you should contact EE CS on 150 ASAP.

I did call EE straight away as I thought this was suspicious and it was infact a scam, the number has been filed in a fraudulent activity form.. 

the number was 020 8163 5803
