I started a webchat a couple of times and got messages saying nobody was available and somebody would come back to me. Nobody did. I then found the Web chat option had disappeared on the app so I have now reinstalled the app twice as suggested on here. The app now won't even open. I need to discuss something in writing. How can I fix the issues with the app to do this, or alternatively is there an email address I can use.??
