Random number added to my account

Hi all, I reported my phone as lost on Friday. Just checked the EE app and a random number has been added to my account. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I be concerned?

Yes, contract EE immediately as it maybe somone has added another plan to your account.
- Change your password and 2 stage authentication.
- Change your password on any emails, banking or financial apps.
- Was your phone unlocked
- Check your credit reports.
