Just updated EE app on my Android phone.
Now it doesn't work. Stuck in a loop, I enter my email address and pwd on the login screen, get a couple of spinning balls, and back to the login screen. I know the details I am entering are correct.
No error code or message. I have cleared the app cache and restarted. Same issue.
I see loads of posts on the same topic, seems to be widespread with no apparent solution.

It works fine on my S24 Ultra Android phone.
Are you connected to the EE mobile network or WiFi.

That's some great advice there from @Northerner
I'd also recommended uninstalling, then reinstalling your My EE app.

As per my initial note, I just accepted an EE app update...so you advise remove that and re-install?

Are you able to log in to the EE web OK?
I'd recommend removing the app and downloading it again.
