Haven't been able to access Data sharing for a month. Keep coming up with "sorry we are fixing the issue" any idea when the issue will be resolved?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know how handy it is to have data gifting working.
Is this happening in the EE app, when logged in on the website or both?
Can you try to delete the app and install it again? If you are using the website, can you clear the cookies and cache and try again?
