I am on my EE account and it won't allow me to view / access anything as it says Hi Kelly, it looks like you are not the account holder! 

Please advise

Welcome to the community,

If it will not allow you to view or access the account, you will need to ring customer service and get them to change this for you.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
