Problems logging into mobile app since latest update

Welcome to the community.

What happens when you try to log in? Have you tried deleting and redownloading the app?

Hi I have tried this  but still not working . I can however log in through  my browser, when I try to log in on app ,after putting in my user name &password  it tries to log in but I get a bad request message and redirected to log in page again ???, thanks for your reply 👍

I also have a problem logging in to the application, after providing my username and password, it redirects me to the posscode. I don't remember or never did. I uninstalled the applications and reinstalled and nothing has changes

Hi @Lawrynowicz.

 

If you've already tried uninstalling the app, I'd recommend reporting this to our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to help you further with this.

It may take some time, but they sorted me out with the ee app.    080 007 985 86

They had the wrong email with me, stopping the application from working.

I have the same issue and have reported it on the phone and am still awaiting the call back or any texts the assistant told me would come though. Login works on the web browser but the app shows "bad request" when i log in
