I am trying to link my device to my EE app for 4 months now. I have spoken to EE support so many times. Everytime, I am told "I know how this is frustrating and bla bla bla" and that it will be fixed in 24 hrs the two days and then a complaint is raised and diagnostic is run. However, nothing happened. They will say a case reference has been registered however nothing will happen. I have spoken to technical team so many times.
IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME, SPEAK WITH EE support team, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WASTING YOUR TIME. AFTER WASTING 20 30 MINUTES, YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT STANDARD LINES FROM THEIR TRAINING MANUAL "I CAN UNDERSTAND IT IS FRUSTRATING, I HAVE RAISED A TICKET, SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 72 HRS IF THEY DO NOT CONTACT GIVE US A CALL AND WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER 72 HRS DEADLINE AND IT WILL REPEAT UNTIL YOU GIVE U"

Thanks for coming back to the community.
I am sorry that you are having to repeatedly call to chase the access to your online account, and that you have posted about this before.
As you are not getting anywhere when speaking to our technical guides, I would suggest taking your complaint further with our dedicated complaints team.
They will be able to see your account and keep a complaint open while this is being looked into for you.
You can call and request to take your complaint further but as you have been doing this, it may be best to use the online complaints form which you can find on our complaints page.

Ask EE CS to delete your online profile which will allow you to register again new and hopefully this might solve your issue.
