Plan not showing in app

Hi. Ever since I joined ee I cannot see my plan details in the app. I have an iPhone 11. Any idea whats that about?

Is this happening both on your My EE account and the My EE app? What is in the place where your plan usually is?

Sorry to jump on but I have the same issue. Yes on both app and website, no plan is showing. The is no tab for plan
