I'm trying to upgrade my phone. It said it would send us a pin . We haven't received a pin and now it's saying we have reached the limit for a pin so we can't go any further.
Can anyone help please?

I’m sorry you’re running into trouble with the upgrade PIN. Please make sure your phone has good signal and can receive texts.
Also, check that the PIN is being sent to the correct number on the account.
If the PIN still isn’t coming through, please get in touch with our customer support team. They can check this further and help get things sorted.
