Is anyone finding it impossible to speak to someone at EE in the phone , been holding for hours abd everytime I try and use the app to go into the contract it crashes
never seen this before , it’s like nothing is working apart from this new community chat

Because the app is not working for most I'm told that's the reason the lines are blocked.
You could try the chat service like I did but it took over 2 hours.

Parts of it does most of it does not and they working on fixing it with no idea when or how long.
