I think the help bot has gone mad.... I used the app a couple of days ago and I got everything sorted. Clicked on resolved, next thing up pops a new conversation starter 'how can I help you?' . I cliced on resolve issue again converstion cleared, next minute "how may I help you?' re-appears.

thanks for getting back. I tried the delete/re-install yesterdy and it fixed the issue temporarily.

Ok, so,
I've reloaded the app, I now have a notification on the app icon showing 2 - I assume messages - I open the app but can't see where these messages are.
