Are you a pay as you go or contract customer?

If you have a pay monthly contract did you set up a direct debit?

When i cam to EE

For EE to deduct money from your account without you making a manual payment you would need a direct debit in place. 

If you log in to your EE account online are you able to make a manual payment?

Should you wish to have a direct debit in place you can also set that up within your EE online account.
