Why were you charged twice?

Did you make an additional card payment just before your direct debit was taken?

Hi @ANDREIEIV,

Direct debits are requested from your bank in advance of the payment being taken. If you make an additional payment during this period, the direct debit will still be completed.

The additional payment will have been credited to your account and will be deducted from future bills.
