Hi, I have the EE App but I often find that when I try to review the Parental Settings for the Broadband the page just spools and I can't review my existing settings or change them. I can see Parental Settings on the Phone account without a problem. Does anyone else have this problem or know of any solutions? Thank you.

Can you uninstall the app and download the latest version from the app store to see if you continue to face the same issue?
