PUK code

Hi I’ve just done an update on my iPhone and can’t remember my SIM code now I need a PUK code, please help, Graham

Thanks for coming to the community. 

To access the PUK code, please log into your My EE account online and follow the below steps:

  1. Go to Menu >Manage device.
  2. scroll down to Unblock SIM (PUK code)
  3. select Show PUK code
