@Kevinwadey With you mentioning moving from BT to EE is this a specific link/offer you are following to get to the EE Shop?

It may be an issue with the way your BT personal details are set up if it is a personalised link that copies across all the details (as asked by @Alex_H)
On your bills do you notice if your full name is shown or would it be just your first initial?
Noticed a lot of older BT accounts have the personal details entered in various formats and causes issues when trying to link them or buy products. If this seems to be the issue, you could call BT from your landline on 150 or from a mobile on 0800 800 150 and see if they can fix the formatting of your name.
