Ok I will try it. Was wondering if phone calls are recorded as when I upgraded I asked for the iPhone 13 pro max but I have been sent the iPhone 13 pro granted yes I didn’t check the documents correctly when I signed them but I am sure I requested the pro max but I could be wrong but accessories I bought phone case etc was for the pro max 

Only for training purposes. You should call CS & query it. If you ordered online or by phone you may cancel the order FoC before or during the statutory 14-day cooling-off period from delivery & then reorder what you really want.

Problem is I opened the box I haven’t turned it on or anything as the is dead as you don’t get charger plugs anymore lol so thought I would try my new case out and that’s when I realized I have the wrong phone
