So I've got notification on my app for upgrade deals on the winter sale , to login to view deals. When I login I get error "unfortunately we couldn't log you in , but you can still buy or upgrade " the see upgrade options link does not work . How can I upgrade online if the links don't work

If you're still having problems upgrading online, I recommend speaking with our Mobile Care team, who'll be able to look into why this is happening for you and try to get you access.

Could you try doing it on a different device or browser, with no VPNs connected please?

I've also tried on PC using Google Chrome and on laptop using Edge , with the same results

Calling EE and upgrading is probably the way forward here. Check out your options online, and see what they offer when you call.

I am still encountering the same error. It is evident that this issue has not been addressed, as there is documented evidence of the same error occurring as far back as early 2023!

Good luck …. Been caught in this loop for 3 years … login and as soon as you leave the homepage your out again …. Never EVER managed to change anything or upgrade via the website.
Had to go to a store last time and since they closed the one closest to me it’s now an hours round trip 🫤
