Hi Leanne

It comes up with 3 options such as go to the homepage, go to the store etc, and says in big bold writing that the page is unavailiable. Its been like this for 3 weeks now after initially offering me an early upgrade, i cannot access it

I have the same issue on all browsers and the EE app. I think this is definitely a marketing to plot to make speak to someone on their sales team to order, so they can upsell and cross sell. 100%

No tech company in this day and age would allow an issue to go unresolved for years, unless this is what is supposed to do!
