Hello,
I'm due for an upgrade and have been trying to do this online and through the app.
However, when I get to this page: https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/my-shop and try to click on the 'Upgrade' option it does not work. I can click on 'Shop' and 'Manage account', but not on the middle option which does not respond to click.
This happens both through the MyEE phone app and the website.
Must be a bug - any thoughts?

I'm also having this issue. Why is it not solved? I get a message that I'm due an upgrade but the button does nothing when I click on it.

We've had 4 different Prime Minister's since this thread started and the problem is STILL there! 😂
I've tried a different browser, before you ask.

If you are unable to complete an upgrade through your EE account, please call us on 150 and our tech guides will get this looked into for you.

Hello, more than 2 years down the line and I am having the same problem. EE should be SS **bleep**Show.

Over 2 years later and this is still happening? Tap / click on the upgrade button and nothing works... No matter what device, browser etc.
Tried through EE app, and browser no luck.
Phoned 150 no luck.
Please fix this.
