Hello,
I'm due for an upgrade and have been trying to do this online and through the app.
However, when I get to this page: https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/my-shop and try to click on the 'Upgrade' option it does not work. I can click on 'Shop' and 'Manage account', but not on the middle option which does not respond to click.
This happens both through the MyEE phone app and the website.
Must be a bug - any thoughts?

Hi, how is this STILL an issue? It's been years. I just tried calling and gave up after being on hold for half an hour.
I want to give you more of my money, it shouldn't be so difficult?

I am having exactly the same problem when I try to look at an upgrade it says sorry this page can’t be reached on every single potential upgrade phone. My current iPhone has completely frozen on me so I am having to use my iPad. I have tried all the fixes and cannot get it to unfreeze

The ignorance of EE with this issue is unreal. The issue has been going on for a long time. Not everyone can call during your hours of service. It’s just not good enough. If you can’t provide the upgrade in a convenient way, then surely you should allow people to cancel their contracts early. It’s not good enough! I’m a web developer and as others have mentioned. The upgrade button isn’t even linked!

The button is linked depending on plan type and eligibility, I believe. When I check mine on my account, it's linked and working.
Are you able to try upgrading through the EE App, to see if it's any different?

Not going to lie, reading this whole thread you guys definitely know this is a ploy to get us to call. Just replying 'use a different browser' doesn't help anyone here. After looking through this, definitely going to move on to a different network once my contract is done, never seen such poor customer service ahah.
