Hello the UK'S biggest network?!?!?!?!?!?! Nobody ever answers the phone! Been on hold for well over an hour yet again!

Utterly ridiculous. EE are making contacting them more and more difficult. It’s deliberate. They want customers to pay their bill, but will make it very hard to do it. I am sick of them.
