I've had to create a new account, I cannot logon to my real account as I have no access to my old email address and do not have the password. How can I get access? I have my phone here but cannot register it to a new account as it is already registered to the account I cant log in to..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
