I am trying to purchase a ps5 in the store and every time I click on the shop I am getting error code "We cant load this right now" i called EE but they said I cant order over the phone. Is anyone else having similar issues? Its been going on for three days. i have trying deleting and reinstalling app and also logging in from the website.

Do you get this error as soon as you log into your EE account? 

Do you have an existing pay monthly account which is in the first 17 months of the contract?

No its when i try to login to the shop. I have three linked contracts and have been with EE for years

Hello I have already done that three times. I have spent hours on the phone. Been told i am eligible and also told i cant order the console over the phone!

Which PS5 bundle option are you trying to add to plan? 

Are you logged into the EE account and selecting the main account number?

Hi, yes the bundle with spider man. Yes logged in. Clicked my number and then when going on shop all products it says we cant log u in.

I'm sorry that this isn't working for you. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can put the order through, or help resolve the problem with you ordering on the website.
