O2 activation text / MyEE app not working

I received a text this morning from O2 saying my number was now activated for a Custom Plan. I have a contract with EE, same number since I was a teen. Was previously able to access MyEE app on my phone but it's now not letting me link my device. Not sure if I should be concerned or if its just a glitch?

Any advice would be appreciated or if someone has experienced similar. Thanks!

@calamityjaye   Why would o2 be texting you if your an EE customer still ?   Does your device still have a signal connection with EEs network?
