Notification after update

Since updating the iPhone app, it’s showing I have 1 notification and I can’t clear it? I’ve tried looking at all sections of the app to see if there’s something I’ve to action, but it’s still there and I can’t clear it. Anybody else have/had this problem?

I wouldn't hold your breath. I cannot belive how sloppy the iOS software of the app is. EE reply, it's only affecting a small number of customers. There have been complaints over many weeks and there is very little feedback. If the network wasn't so good I would be off to another supplier.

EE still not able to toggle the roaming button on / off its been many weeks since I reported the issue and you have just totally ignore me. Maybe not totally ignored, but the replies?responds has been poor. How many week does it take the software engineers to find where the issue is?

Hi all. Same issue here with the notification. Has EE done anything for ‘the small number of customers’ yet?

Also getting the same issue iphone 12 pro max.

Has everyone used the app chat service before getting this notification issue? I think the tech team needs to look at the chat support settings for a bug. 2/3 months to find a fix is really poor. 

Yes it was after I used the messaging chat. Wish I hadn’t..!
