Not allowing me to add number

Hi for some reason it says I can’t add my number to my account when I log in, yet when I add the number it says number already exists but none of my account info is available? I am die an upgrade and trying to sort it out but not allowing me to do anything

Have you been able to access your My EE account previously? 

Is this same using the app and My EE account online?
