Hi
I setup a new account with EE, but accidentally setup a personal account rather than a business account which I need.
How can I change this as I need to place an order for a business phone?
I could delete the account but that doesn't seem to be an option.

I would suggest speaking to customer service, I am sure they will be able to sort this out for you.

Hi.
I eventually had to change the email address on my original account and setup a new account when my Sim arrived. Even tech support were struggling.
All sorted now and very fast service from EE
