Not able to login to my ee

Hi all the problem has been going on for months last year up until I think up to about Oct 2024 from then I can’t log into my ee so now I have to ring up and pay my bill the same if I want to gift data, I’ve tried deleting the app also logging in online that doesn’t work either I am so fed up with I am considering when my contract ends later this year taking my business elsewhere the last person I spoke to said it would be sorted but no it hasn’t and judging with the amount of posts about the same thing it’s not just me when is someone somewhere in ee going to get their finger out and deal with the problem there is obviously a glitch somewhere???????

I’ve tried talking to them and deleting and reinstalling the app nothing and that’s been months now and it looks like I’m not alone my contract renews this year I may consider going elsewhere I don’t always have time to pay my bill over the phone or go through all the phaf to gift data which I need to do regularly -  COME ON EE GET YOUR FINGER OUT SERIOUSLY!!!

Do you know if the team raised a fault on your account when you last spoke with them about this, so we could get this looked into?

Hi it was last month as I had to transfer data and they said they would raise it with the right department but yep still the same notice.
