Not able to link my sim on app to account

I have been trying to link my products on the ee app get so far usually to the point where it asks me am I the bill payer when I click yes it then says there is an error and to try again later, I have tried for the last week and have the same problem. Has anyone else had this experience if so what did they do?🤯

Log into your olinee account and make sure you're the bill payer. Under manage number it will tell you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes big problems, I log in get the text message with the code and then it
says the phone number is not recognised, been going on for months
