Hi, I’ve noticed that for this current month that the app and website aren’t showing how much data has been used for any of the phones on my account (4 in total)
apparently nothing has been used. If data is gifted it shows the new amounts but it doesn’t change when mobile data is used even days or even weeks after. I used to as I check it pretty much weekly just in case I need to gift some

3 of the 4 devices are for children or step children, none of which live with me permanently so I don’t often have access to the devices, yes I could ask them to send the message instead but my point is that this specific part of the app has stopped working.
as I type the app is down for maintenance work so maybe it will work in the morning.
