Hi, there is a problem with my account where I can login but can only see my profile nothing else in my account, I have been on with EE and have now been told that this is an issue and I'm not the only one and I am now on a list with level 2 tech team who are supposed to be sorting it out, what I want to know is how long can this take as I can't check nothing in my account at the moment

All the mobile numbers I have are all linked to the account I was able to access it on the 9th March in the morning but by tea time I couldn't get in, EE tech team have been trying and tell me everything looks fine from their end but it just won't do anything for me, and they can also see what it says when I try to login

Hi I have the same issue it happened to me after my mobile number got change from payg got my paym account hope fixed by tomorrow

You have done the right thing reporting this to our technical support guides, once they have an update the team will be in touch. This can take time to be fully investigated and an update provided.

If you are experiencing the same today, please call us on 150 and the team can get the account looked into for you. The team can see if the old pay as you go account is still linked and needs to be removed, so you can register again.
